Hi, I'm Carissa Cruz, a REALTOR® with LPT Realty, and I help people buy and sell homes in Pflugerville and the surrounding Central Texas area, including Round Rock, Hutto, Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Manor and Austin.
Why I Do This
Pflugerville has been my home since 1998. I raised my four kids here, and over the years I've watched this town grow while keeping the small-town community feel I fell in love with. I stay involved in local issues, especially keeping property taxes reasonable, because I want Pflugerville to stay a place where people can put down roots the way I did.
When I help someone buy or sell a home here, it's personal. My goal is to keep things straightforward, honest and as stress-free as possible. I'll explain each step in plain language, answer every question (there are no silly ones!), and make sure you always know what's happening next.
